Come to our “Resell your clothes” event on 24 April 2021!
From 10am to 5pm at the Place du Brill in Esch-sur-Alzette, you can :
– sell the clothes you no longer wear at a reasonable price (register to reserve your sales stand: transitiondays@cell.lu)
– buy stylish clothes in good condition for a small price
– take part in a fashion show with your best second hand clothes (registration: transitiondays@cell.lu)
– take part in a DIY workshop to upcycle clothes
This event takes place 8 years after the collapse of the “Rana Plaza” textile factory in Dhaka, Bangladesh. More than 1,000 people lost their lives there, while they were making our clothes.
You too can say NO to fast fashion and its motto “buy, wear, throw away”! With this friendly and relaxed day, we want to show that with second hand clothes you can dress in your own style, find unique pieces and even save money.
